What are your shipping rates within Australia?  

Standard shipping  

We offer FREE standard shipping via Australia Post Parcel Post for all orders over $120.   

For orders less than $120, the standard shipping cost is $9.90.  

Express shipping  

We offer express shipping via Australia Post Express Post for $14.90 for all orders. 

We also offer FREE local delivery to residents of Daylesford (within 10km radius) 

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?  

Please allow 1-2 business days from when you place your order to be dispatched.   

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery of your order will be subject to the estimated delivery times set out below.   

Please note that during peak periods (such as public holidays, the months of November and December and promotional sale periods) there may be a delay in the dispatch times and/or the estimated delivery times.   

Standard shipping If you have ordered with standard shipping, your order is estimated to arrive within 5-10 business days after it has been dispatched.  

Express shipping If you have ordered with express shipping, your order is estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days after it has been dispatched.  

Please note that the delivery times of our third party courier service provider set out above are estimates only. They may be impacted, from time to time, due to increased volumes with the carrier’s delivery network and any such delays in the delivery of your order are outside of our control. 

When will my order be dispatched?  

Please allow 1 -2 business days from time of order for your order to be dispatched. Please note, during Public Holiday and peak sale times, there may be a slight delay in dispatch times.

When will I receive my tracking?  

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order within 1-2 business days from the time of order.  

Once your items have been packaged and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a further email containing the tracking number which you can use to check the status of your delivery via the Australia Post website, or by clicking on the link provided in the email.  

If you have not received your shipping confirmation or tracking number within 3-4 business days after placing your order, we ask that you please contact us by email to relax@ekospa.com.au 

Should I select authority to leave for my order?  

All domestic orders are delivered through Australia Post and these parcels are signature on delivery. You are welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office.  

If you do not think you will be present during standard delivery hours, you may select ‘authority to leave’ for your order at checkout (and/or such later time as the delivery service carrier allows). This authorises the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a ‘safe place’ at the delivery address, being a location where your order is hidden from plain view.  If this option is selected, we ask that you give detailed notes, such as how to enter your property and/or where a safe place is to leave your parcel. 

International

Where do you ship to outside of Australia?  

We can offer limited international shipping, please contact us at relax@ekospa.com.au to discuss.

When will I receive my order via international shipping?  

The estimated delivery times will vary. On average the estimated country delivery times are set out below:    New Zealand: 5-8 business days after dispatch  

United States: 7-14 business days after dispatch  

Canada: 14-21 business days after dispatch  

United Kingdom: 14-25 business days after dispatch 

Who is responsible for taxes or duties imposed on any products?  

The price of your order is exclusive of all taxes (other than GST), duties, levies or charges imposed on the products. You may be required to pay, and you will be solely responsible for paying, any taxes, duties, levies and/or charges on products ordered by you (including, without limitation, any customs, duties and value-added taxes imposed within your own country). We are unable to provide estimates for local taxes, duties, levies or charges and we recommend that you research your local laws and regulations prior to placing an order.

What does international shipping cost? 

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the product(s) and the zone of country to which the parcel is to be delivered and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Enquiries 

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?  

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind on products purchased.  We will only provide a refund or replacement where a product is faulty, damaged during transit or where you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible. Our orders are swiftly processed and sent to the warehouse for picking and dispatch immediately after placement.

While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, it may not always be possible, especially during peak periods. For any inquiries regarding order cancellation, please contact us at relax@ekospa.com.au

I need to correct my delivery address.

Should you wish to correct your delivery address or contact details prior to the order being dispatched, please promptly contact us relax@ekospa.com.au and we will endeavor to assist you.
